These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
GOODS:
- All products conform to British and EN standards.
- Dimensions and wattages are given as a guide only to assist the consumer.
- Description and finishes are given as a guide only to assist the consumer.

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS:
- In the event that the item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours. Please be prepared to supply images of the damaged item if applicable.
- Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full.
- We will not be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electricians’ fees.
WARRANTY:
- All products supplied by www.thelighthouseshrewsbury.co.uk (with the exception of light bulbs) carry a minimum 12-month warranty valid from the date of purchase.
- In the event of a fault occurring during the 12-month warranty, the item will be repaired or replaced according to the nature of the fault.
- A qualified electrician must install all products supplied.
- The warranty will be void if the item is to be considered to have been fitted or used incorrectly or used for a purpose it is not intended for.

PRICING:
- All prices are in British Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at 20% in line with current UK Legislation.
- We reserve the right to changes prices without notice.
- We try really hard to ensure pricing on our website is correct, but on rare occasions we may get it wrong. If the incorrect price is noticed prior to despatch, we will offer you the chance to reconfirm the order at the correct price or to cancel the order for a refund.
- All orders for products are subject to availability and www.thelighthouseshrewsbury.co.uk reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.
PAYMENT:
- We accept payment online, by phone or in person at our lighting shop in Shrewsbury.
- Payment for products purchased online can be made by all major credit or debit cards or a valid PayPal account.

- Payment will be taken at the time of order.
